Basset Hound Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Meet Rebound. He is a 5-year-old basset/cattle dog mix, which may be one of the cutest and most unexpected breed mixes we have seen. He is a friendly, bouncy guy who loves people. As a puppy, Rebound was very sick. His family worked hard to get him healthy, and healthy he has been ever since. These days he could even stand to lose a little weight. Unfortunately, his owner is very sick and can no longer care for him. Rebound likes all people, but has never been around small children. We don't suspect he would have an issue with anyone because he is just that sweet. He is good with other dogs, but he can be a little grumpy on rare occasions ... (Read More)and, therefore, has to be kept separate when not supervised (he has never been aggressive, just bossy). Rebound has never been around cats. Rebound is neutered, and will be up-to-date on shots and microchipped this week. He is also housebroken. If you would would like to offer Rebound a forever home, please send us an email and we will send you an adoption application. (Less)

We have had this dog for 10 years, since his masters have passed, i have tried to take care of him, however he just will not get along with my other dog, they fight. I must keep them seperated 24/7. I do not want him to live like this any longer. I must do something, find him a good loving home, He is very loving and sweet but not with other dogs, he must be the only dog
