Rescue Me ID: 16-07-24-00203Ingram (male)

Basset Hound Mix    Age: Puppy

Health: Needs to be Neutered, Vaccinations Current

I'm Ingram and I'm pleased to make your acquaintance! I'm an almost 6 month old Basset Hound/Dachshund mix guy and I'm really gentle and lovable!! I'll probably weigh around 30 pounds when full grown - best guess! I'm a typical older pup - just starting to learn some obedience training and am doing pretty well with house training when let outside on a regular schedule. I'm crate trained and can sleep all night there - though I'd prefer to sleep with my human! I love to snuggle and cuddle equally the same! I'm playful, but not overly energetic or anything like that. I've been dewormed, am up to date on my vaccinations, and will be ... (Read More)neutered very soon. My adoption fee is $250. If this pet interests you or you have any questions about this pet, please fill out an online application at udranch.org/adopt-a-dog and we will be happy to answer any questions and arrange a visit! She has the cutest smile that she always shows off, a ... (Read More)curly tail she loves to wag, and the coolest spots on her tongue! In addition to her gentle attitude and adorable looks, Sadie also does great in the crate and is housetrained. You really can't get a dog much better than Sadie!     Luna is a beautiful tri-colored Bassett Hound. Some say she looks like she has a bit of beagle mixed in her, but she mostly looks Basset. She is around 6-7 years old. Luna came to Paws Crossed when she was dumped out of a truck. A Good Samaritan saw her and contacted us. Luna gets along great with other dogs, and loves everyone. She had never been in a house before before we got her- we could tell because she didn't know what fans, refrigerator or any house hold items were.     DOB: 10/1/12 Weight: 46 lbs If you love Bassets, then you will love Mr. Doogie and his deep bark, plus his crooked fat front feet. Doogie is 46 pounds of playfulness. His favorite toy is a big red Jolly Ball because he loves to toss and throw it. Doogie can be a little rough while playing, so older children would be better playmates for him. He is leash and crate trained. Doogie would be best as the only dog because of his rough playing. Now he does love to dig and bury his toys, then go back and check on it over and over.     Buddy is a 3-4 year old tri colored Beagle/Hound mixed male. Apparently trained and lived life previously as a hunting dog. Several months ago our organization finally rescued the emaciated stray beagle known as the 'DG Stray' after two years. Now known as Buddy this sweet natured and loving boy was a stray for those two years but at one time had a caring owner. Upon intake he was malnourished, dehydrated, filthy, and needed TLC and food. Once settled in we began to see more of his personality and traits like his obsession with scent trails. Someone taught him to hunt which is all Buddy loves to do and whenever the urge arises Buddy will ... (Read More)find a way to satisfy it. Including escaping to outside wooded areas where he runs and alerts for hours until returning home tired. He also requires crating that must be medium sized for him to feel secure. Loyal, loving, affectionate, playful and sweet describes buddy in addition to lazy and laid back. Great with other dogs, cats and humans buddy is very well socialized. He is crate-kennel trained and house broken. Fully vetted, vaccinated, dewormed, neutered, HW tested, and updated rabies vaccine are all included in Buddy's adoption fee of $125.
