Animal ID: 14-07-23-00054Genevieve (female)

Basset Hound Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hi, I'm Genevieve and I'm a real gem of a dog, a 10 month old, pint-sized sweetie who weighs 35 pounds--but with my short little legs and long little body I look a lot smaller. I am an easy-care dog with moderate to low energy that loves to play but also loves to cuddle with you on the sofa. And just look at how beautiful I am, with my caramel cream coat and my Nefertiti eyes-I'm a real head-turner. Here is what my foster mom said about me: 'Genevieve is a ready-made family dog - she's loving, housetrained, and great with everyone, except we're unsure about cats. She loves playing with toys and will even put them back in the toybox. We ... (Read More)call her out 'babysitter,' as she watches over all of the foster puppies and plays with them throughout the day. Genevieve is a medium-energy girl who is quickly picking up some basic obedience training, learning to sit and to walk nicely on a leash (although she still needs a bit of work there!). She's wonderful in the house, and rarely barks unless all of the other dogs start barking first.' All these things and I'm crate-trained, too! If you have room in your heart for a small, easy-care, affectionate, fun-loving little dog, then please consider me because I'd love to be part of your life! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 14-07-19-00451Eve (female)

Basset Hound Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Submissive
Health: Needs to be Spayed, Needs Vaccinations

She is a very great animal she can be very hyper at times but is a good listener. She is good with cats but still chases them around the house. Found out is good with kids but she is a bit jumpy I tried to break her of this habit. She is house trained and does have accidents time to time through. I love this girl but I just don't have the finances for her any more and need to find this good dog a home. She is only one years old she was born may 3 2013. And she will let you know if she did something wrong . I am not sure if she is a pure breed or not she might have another breed in her but she is mostly basset. She isn't that gun shy and she ... (Read More)loves to cuddle with you at night. She does have anxiety when you leave the house (Less)
