Rescue Me ID: 14-07-14-00297Clancy (male)

Basset Hound Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

If you like short, stumpy-legged dogs, this little guy may be the dog for you. We think Clancy is a mix of basset and JRT, which means he has the energy to be a great playmate or hiking companion, along with the hound's tendency to be a couch potato when indoors. At a recent Petco adoption event, Clancy spent a lot of time schmoozing with the kids in the store, so we know he would make a wonderful family pet.
